Oldtidsveien (The ancient road) runs from Gullaug in Lier beside the Drammen fjord to Slemmestad beside the Oslo fjord. This was the main road between Drammen and Slemmestad until about 1900. Oldtidsveien was selected by Røyken council as a millenium site in connection with the new millenium in 2000.
From this point it is 14.4km to Slemmestad and 1.1km to Kovestadbakken which is the next stop. Enjoy the walk!
